Of the faulty postures as habits, and from   the furniture we use every minute in our life , most of the health disorders occur, from compression and hardening of abdominal muscles and that of back and vertebra. Abdominal cavity houses very vital organs and glands, held in position by muscles. Compression and hardening of these muscles thus results into dysfunction of these organs, resulting into diabetes, constipation, acidity, peptic ulcers, renal disturbances and renal failures, gastritis, dysfunction of the reproductive  system, and on and on!!!

Such postures from mental conditions and attitudes is ultimately found  as habits of an  individual , with damaging effects on muscular mass and bony skeletal frames, and in advancing age generates numerous dysfunctions of the body organs, which are results of the faulty postures.
